Made it through day three! kinda.
On the plan that I'm on with P90X day three was arms and shoulders... I killed that part of the workout... just because of my already beefy arms.
BUT there was a second part... call Ab Ripper... my abs are currently not ripped. That was a horrible... I barely made it through any of the individual workouts... super tough stuff... I'll keep at it though and work my way to "ripped abs"... in the mean time it hurts to move. everything. haha.
